Humans are hardwired for connection. The beautiful realm of neuroscience tells us that gratitude can rewire our brains, improve our mood, and strengthen our relationships. Paired with meditation, holding gratitude at the center of daily mindful living illustrates the power of neuroplasticity and grows a sense of purpose and contentment within. Join us for Grace + Fire V | Seasons of Gratitude – a six day yoga retreat to cultivate grounding, gratitude, and genorosity. This session is rooted in playful asana (movement), centering and tension-relieving pranayama (breathwork), meditation for prajna (wisdom), and creative expression. As nature around us gently settles and slows, we shall too – preparing to overwinter within the warmth of hygge and friendship.
