Yin + Meditation

The incredible benefit of Yin yoga comes not only with the stillness of longer held postures, but in the quiet grounding of body and mind. Yin yoga focuses primarily on floor-based postures, holding each for 3-5 minutes. Breathwork and meditation are woven throughout practice and extended savasana.

Schedule a break in your busy day to pause, breathe, and reset. The benefits of meditation have been researched in depth and it is widely known now that breathing practices regulate hormones, improve memory and brain function, and improve our overall health and wellbeing. Join from your desk, your couch, or wherever you can relax. *Option to have your video on or off

Prenatal Yoga

Tuesdays 8pm EST (75 min)

A well-rounded prenatal experience honoring all paths of pregnancy

  • Movement for strength and stability, reduced discomfort, and increased circulation and endurance
  • Breathing and relaxation techniques
  • Open to all birthing people in any stage of pregnancy
  • Build your perinatal peer support network. Peer support during pregnancy and postpartum increases overall wellbeing.

Parent Hangout

Mondays (biweekly) 8pm EST (60 min)

Join our Open Door Parent Community every other Monday evening to relax and chat. All parents, parents-to-be, and caregivers are welcome!

No dress code, no obligation. Come late, leave early. Nosh and drink or don’t. The only rule is let this be a time for you to relax and spend time with other humans!

Grace + Fire | retreat

Retreat weeks are scheduled seasonally

The Grace + Fire Collective is a community for us to gather, connect, and cultivate balance in our lives. Each session creates a new space in which to open, illuminate, and bring forward mindful vibrant living that honors your deepest self. Through asana (physical yoga postures), breathwork and meditation, yoga philosophy, chakra exploration, psychology, and cultivating creativity, Grace + Fire is the seed of expansion of spirit and soul.

During each virtual session week, we will meet for one live session per day. One Steep Day (offline) day is built in to the schedule.

Art + Asana

This favorite practice has taken flight from our Grace + Fire retreats and is now a standalone event! Combining movement and creative expression, yoga on the mat comes alive. We’ll use an array of visual art media paired with slow vinyasa, breathwork, and meditation to amplify the heart of our practice. Emphasis on process over product. No previous art experience necessary.

Grace + Fire | Bala Brunch

Second Sundays 10:30 am EST (90 min)

Bala is a sanskrit term meaning “strength of mind”. In our culture today, yoga is predominantly equated with the body only. Movement is a fraction of a deep yoga practice. It is essential, but only in part.

The Bala Brunch embodies strength of both mind and body. A time of social levity, dharma discussion, and a much-deserved opportunity to move.

All are welcome! Practitioners, teachers, new and seasoned. Begin your week with intention and light.

Wind Down Prenatal Meditation

Open to Prenatal Yoga students. 30 min.

Your much-deserved time for deep rest and relaxation. In this restorative practice, explore pregnancy-safe positions for guided meditation. Bolsters, pillows, and blankets are all welcome. Use what you have in your home to find comfortable support. This is a perfect class to pair with your prenatal movement practice. Optional music playlists available.
